Owner, JB Berkow decided to move from her pricy location at PGA Commons to a light industrial 3,200 square foot showroom. With such a large space she was also able to eliminate the rent she was paying on three storage rooms and by letting her staff go and having no set hours she was able to cut her over head by more than half. Yes, it’s not fancy, and yes, you may have to help her lift a heavy piece from the bins now and then, but it’s still the same great art as she handled before only now it is discounted all year-round.
